Hey Sil_lis - thanks, I thought I'd managed to put my info/surprise/doubts/feelings across in a reasonably coherent but non-staid manner.

I'm not in the habit of misquoting claims, or indeed anything if I can help it, glad others took pains to ensure I hadn't here.
I hasten to add, for those who gathered otherwise, that I wasn't recruiting, praising, or otherwise agreeing with what I thought was a load of old cobblers, to put it mildly, but obviously did not make clear enough.

Finally, I deeply sympathise with poor Diap, incisive as ever - a dark room with cucumber slices over the eyes works wonders I find - and regret deeply contributing to any inconvenience he may have suffered.
I trust he will soon be up to scratch again soon.
