Regarding all those extra
xml:lang="en-us" xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace"
I exported this book from InDesign to the epub format. I'm getting the sense that InDesign creates a lot of extraneous code in the conversion process. Do you have any thoughts?
