NOPE. Just like you are not allowed to photo copy a paper book and give copies to all your friends. Instead you buy them copies.

Some people like to buy copies of favorite books just for the covers. They are not allowed them for free because they own a copy.

Same with e-books. If you really have to have the ebook copy just buy it.
