I am running it on a 12" PowerBook G4 867 MHz.
I reformatted my laptop (2nd time) and can't get Calibre to open...same problem as the above poster. It was working fine before the 2nd reformat. I also installed librs500 (I had saved a copy) and it will not open either.

I'm on a Lenovo X61 laptop running Windows XP. Other programs like converlit and amberlitconvertor work fine.

What should I do next Kovid? I've reinstalled both calibre and librs500 3 times with the same result.

The only difference I can tell is I took the Service Pack update before installing calibre this time.

When calibre was working (prior to the reformat)I had not taken the Service Pack update for XP.
