I have 130 each on my two e-ink devices and about 50 on my Kindle Fire. I read and delete unless it is something I plan on rereading or using for reference. Some books will be permanent residents - The Lord of the Rings, for example.

I just don't want to have too many books to find what I want - 9 collections on the home screen.

The rest are regularly backed up onto my computer and back up drive and loaded up into calibre.
