Device: paper & electrophoretic
Until now, manufacturers have carefully avoided selling very large-screen ereaders (say, 10" or more), though several profitable markets can be envisaged (to name only one: universities!). Basically, this is due to a single reason: such a device would be too fragile (if weight -strongly connected with sturdiness- has to be kept reasonable).
I think (hope?) that if LG can make large versions of their flexible screen, finally someone will start selling really large ereaders. Even with my 9" device, reading a pdf with A4 or Letter page size is still awkward.
