Or the soft keyboard on my phone canges dynamically to upper case whenever I touch the shift button? Or maybe it's that it's a rectangular device with a screen for viewing on one side?

It boggles the mind what lawyers can come up with that ultimately costs me, the consumer both in terms of real money, and in terms of unrequited innovation!
