No, not yet... The 950 can speak to the Android app and also to the Reader for PC/Mac app. It's really nice. I was hoping to keep the 950 and T1 in sync wirelessly. It's disappointing the this feature is not possible with the T1. It also cannot auto-wireless deliver periodicals like the 950 can. You have to manually download from the Reader Store each issue. It's easy but would be nicer to be automatic. I hope someday they have a firmware update but who knows.
