Upgrading to a newer calibre version - The Process?
I did a few searches and couldn't find any answers on this.

If there is no information on this, perhaps someone can either update the Wiki or add to an appropriate area.

I'm ready to upgrade to newer calibre from 0.4.56 to 0.4.72

What should I do to make this process painless and.....successful?
