you know, i haven't listened to them in years, but the first time i heard "Black sun" by Dead Can Dance (a friend of mine played it to show another friend how really awesome his new speakers were) when i was around 15, it literally paralysed me with emotion. i didn't cry though. however i did stop breathing for a few seconds.
