One of my favorites is "Deep in the Woods" by Annabel Joseph.
Natural Law by Joey W. Hill (femdom) is very good. And I
love Willing Victim by Cara McKenna.
I still like Cherice Sinclair, but her characters get a bit repetitive, so I haven't read them all yet. Master of the Mountain and Breaking Free are my favorites so far. Oh, and the short story Simon Says: Mine. Love that one.
As for rope, there's a lot of it in Sweet Silence by Melinda Barron
