Thanks for your thoughts. I just received this email from Apple after emailing them in frustration. I emailed back and asked if they were fixing the issue or would I have to. Haven't heard back from them yet.
Your import on 3/24/2012 ended in this error:
ERROR ITMS-9000: "OEBPS/Text/Section0004.xhtml(109): 'Searchables': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OEBPS/Text/Section0008.xhtml'" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)
This is a known problem, and we are currently working on a resolution.
