Just bought three paper books in the local charity shop.

No doubt at least two of them will be donated back once I've read them. The other one is a travel guide so I may well keep it.

My Kobo is mostly used for public library items, free or heavily discounted ebooks (OK I'm a cheapskate!). If I really want a new book and intend to keep it, then I want a paperback on the (wood) bookshelves. Hardbacks just take up too much shelf space!

For example, although an ardent admirer of all things Pratchett, I still haven't read "Snuff" because I'm waiting for it to come out in paperback.
