I have the same problems with my 602.
My solution on Calibre is to connect to folder. But before (firmware 2.0.6) it was working correctly. Now even with 2.1.2 fast display driver, does not work, Calibre does not see the drives correctly.
The center justified issue I get with FBreader (standard) and only on some epubs, not all. With FBreader2 the books are all left justified.
