Is that the final five? I'm not sure about the retired hurt one because I think that they can come back in later if they recover, so they are not really out.

Timed Out (when you don't make it onto the field in a reasonable time)
Handling the ball without permission of the fielding side
Obstruction of the fielding side.

Retired Hurt isn't out.
