Unfortunately Bluefire Reader does not. It must use its own custom text display routines, and the difference is striking.

Here is (roughly) the same text in iBooks and Bluefire.
Nice pictures thanks the fonts on the Kindle look crisp.

My wife's iPad does not seem so grainy, is the graininess more pronounced on the iPad 3 because of the better resolution?
