Hello,

I would like to download the FTD.de (Financial Times Deutschland) news using my ftd-account. Without the subscription, ftd.de won't allow calibre to download all the articles.

Has anybody solved this or have a recipe that allows for defining the login as well? (similar to ft.com?)
