From what I understand, they planned to have rentals but their negiotations with the publishers failed. I think they plan to rent textbooks in the future, though.
I'm not going to sign up, though. I don't need another bookstore. And while I am interested in a rental service, I am putting my hopes to Afictionado. At least they are guaranteed to have Macmillan books, since they are partially owned by them. I hope they add information about their prices, soon, though.
