Pretty sure this was tongue in cheek, but it might actually work. A reasonable restaurant server or taxi driver can make well in excess of 50K a year in tips and it is a concept that people are familiar with.
Perhaps someone will become the next internet billionaire with a paypal like site called tipjar.com
