The books you linked to isn't available in my region, so they definitely have different versions from different publishers for the different regions.

I was very pleased to find that the UK prices for the three individual volumes make it an even better deal than the combined volume in the US. £1.62 was my total price, about $2.60.
(Now all stripped and converted for Kindle.)
