First, install jailbreak and then gui launcher. Both are found on this forums. If you do not see a folder called extensions on the usb drive create one. You also should have a new menu item called launcher. i already contains a screen oriantation hack. Now unzip the kchess folder to the extensions folder. Then go to menu-settings-menu-restart. After that go to menu-launcher-kchess.
