On my Dell precision t3500 win7 64

Sigil won't install. I get an error reading "c:\program Files\Sigil\msvcp100.dll
an error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5. etc"
Anyone have any insight on this issue?
