Okay...so just got off the phone with them. They sold exactly 1,000,000 vouchers and it was waaay more than they expected. Apparently the vouchers are sent manually, and I have to wait up to another 24 hours to get it...they are sending me my order number, and verication of the phone call so there is a paper trail. They currently have no paper trail for customers that haven't recieved their vouchers yet.
So...another day.
