Quick thoughts: did you use your same adobe i.d. when setting up ADE authorisation on the new computer?

Also, do you have the correct time zone set for the new computer? That caused me problems with ADE on my dd's tablet. we had the right time but somehow didn't have the tablet set for the right timezone.
