Well... my first book is for sale at B&N, Amazon, and Lulu. Lulu sells one once in a blue moon and I'll sell one on B&N for every 25 I sell on Amazon. In fact I sell way more on Amazon.UK than I do on B&N and Lulu combined. My soon to be published second book will be published in this order: Amazon Kindle, CreatSpace/Amazon POD, B&N, and then maybe Apple–but how many people shop for a book at the Apple store when I suspect they are looking at the Kindle store? But the push will be Amazon. The other two have been almost a waste.
