When I first purchased it when this deal first started took about 90sec for it to change from processing to having the voucher in the account. I then purchased again 4 or so hours later and it took a couple of hours for it to change from processing to in my account.
You don't have to have a US account to purchase one also you are only supposed to get just the one but it is actually just one per amazon account(I have 2)
