The most relevant of those changes is probably the price drop on the iPad 2 16GB. Although the author's math is a bit off. It's not 1 "free" iPad for every 5 ($500x5=$2,500; $400x6=$2,400) but 1 "free" iPad for every 4 ($500x4=$2,000; $400x5=$2,000). I think that's going to be a very big deal for schools, organizations and businesses planning on a massive deployment.
