Hey there. I have a Hot Pink Sony PRS-300, the pocket edition. Its a couple years old but hasn't barely been used. I think its completely dead. When i connect it to the computer to charge it the computer says that it is not recognized and the device malfunctioned. It also will say its charging(red light) but it wont charge it. As soon as you disconnect it says !No Battery!
Any thoughts? Help... Is it toast?
