Distributed Proofreaders created new illustrated editions of The Jungle Book, The Second Jungle Book and Kim, for Project Gutenberg last year. Unfortunately, it's hard to spot them because the early text-only editions show up first in the "sort by popularity" because they've been downloaded over a decade or more.
