On Friday, I went to
fnac for a book signing with
Lisa McMann (by the way, have they figured out how to get authors to sign ebooks yet?)
During that morning I went to several bookstores, looking for any of her books in English (I failed spectacularly).
I do like bookstores, but I feel that book prices here in Spain are high... I'm definitely more likely to buy a paper-edition if I know the book is one that I'm going to want to keep and it's a nice edition (like two recent purchases:
The Night Circus -
I got the hardcover for less than the price of the Kindle edition- and
A Wrinkle in Time, 50th anniversary). As I buy more books in English than in Spanish, I'll most likely order them from Amazon or The Book Depository.
