Changing how ebook files are named

Hi -- my question isn't about metadata, or the "saving books to disk" option (I don't think), but about how the book files are named in the Calibre directory.

Right now in my Calibre library, for the book "Bleak House" if I click Path: Click to Open, the file name is "Bleak House - Charles Dickens.mobi"

If I wanted the files to store themselves like "Dickens, Charles - Bleak House.mobi" - is that possible? I don't care if the names change for books already added, but I would like them to change for books I add in the future.

Thanks
