In one review I read someone was told that the person dealing with paying back customer only works two days a week, and by the time it takes it almost seems like that person is allowed to do a limited amount of transactions (being sarcastic).
I did notice that the company keeps an eye on one review site and on a complaint website and that when people post about their problems (like not getting their money back) they get contacted and within days they get their money back plus often a gift card to make up for the problems. If I don't get my money back next week I'll post my story on both those websites.
