That E-volve sleeve isn't suitable for anything smaller than the Kindle 3, when the latest Kindle was released they just added that to the title, but it's too big for the new version (the more recent reviews mention that).

I'm not sure of the dimensions of the Fire, Kindle 2 etc but it does state it suits device size up to: 21 cm x 13 cm. The Kindle 3 is about 19.5 x 12.5 so it fits in easily.

Here's a couple of photos of my Kindle in it's cover (with the top of the sleeve folded back so you can see the Kindle), one with it's silicon skin on, one without.
