Hi Hedaya,

First of all, I want to encourage you to continue with this process of rooting your Nook device to make it read Arabic properly. I know it should work.

In case you decide to look for an alternative solution, here is a link to a thread I opened in the past dealing with reading Hebrew ePubs:

As you can imagine, Hebrew and Arabic got the same issues and support problems...
