It's four years or so since I uploaded the first version, and I hope I've learned something in this time.
Version three is a complete reworking of the original Project Gutenberg HTML, and I have fixed some typos and italicisation and changed the layout so the the ugly horizontal line scenebreaks are not needed.
As always please let me know of any mistakes so I can fix them.
