It means you can't have nice looking ePub from the publisher. If you were to read
11/22/63 on a Kobo, it would look awful. It has multiple embedded fonts and given the Kobo bug, it would not be correct and it does look very nice using the fonts that the publisher used.
You think this is a good thing, but it's really not. It's just a bug that makes the Kobo a waste of time to bother with.
