Sluggish performance

Hi!

I've had my 650 for over a year now, but I've been using my Kobo Vox more, so the Sony doesn't see a lot of use these days. I have it turned off when I'm not using it.

I have recently had it on, however, to transfer a few purchased books from my Sony Reader Library on my laptop to my Sony reader, and I'm finding the reader to be unusually slow. It takes longer than it used to for the home screen to come up and for the home screen to return after I disconnect from the laptop.

Is this just from sitting unused for too long? Is there any way to perk it up a little? The battery indicates it is fully charged.
