Getting angry at a local computer store.
After waiting for my replacement tablet since January and learning it was delayed again until late March I choose to get my money back instead. They promised me that they would return the money in my bank account within 8 business days (that was last Friday). Of course they haven't deposited the money back yet.
On Tuesday I called the main telephone number and they told me I "was in line" and I should get back the money this week. Today it still wasn't returned so I called again with the main telephone number. Now I was told that because I handed the tablet in at the store I should ask the store about getting my money back (concluding the were BSing me earlier in the week), I was put through to my local store. They told me they would look into it and call me. I just called them again because they hadn't called back and I was told they had send the person dealing the paying back of money but they hadn't had a reply.
I don't expect them to call me back this week. I gave them my mobile phone number because I'm on holiday next week but if I haven't heard from them by Tuesday I'll call again. I want my €599! Not only would it have been nice for my holiday but I'm also expecting a bill for the root canal within a couple of weeks and I know my insurance doesn't cover the cost fully.
