I believe a SONY is your best bet. There is custom firmware available for the SONY and you can replace the fonts on the device, to support Arabic. Go for a slightly older model, not the latest T1, as they have had longer for the custom firmware to be developed.
You may actually be able to do the same thing with a nook, you can try asking in the Nook forum.
