Likewise, my issue is the price fixing agreement if it actually happened.
Had a single publisher decided to go to the agency model and/or raise their prices, I'd have moaned about it sure, but no more so than I moan about pricing in general

Even if the rest of the publishers then followed that example in time.
No complaints then. But if it was done as an overall agreement then they've most likely broken the law and deserve slapping for it with hefty fines.
