Not reading the instructions in the allmine rc3 zip maybe

First, did you unzip the file and use the included update therein?

Second, did you download the gapps zip and rename it?

Third, did you put the two zip files [update.zip and gapps.zip] in the root of the USB stick?

Forth, did you check that you don't have update.zip.zip?

Apart from that the only thing I can think of is to try a different USB stick - they are not all created equal as many people have found.
