kudos to books on board support!
we bought my cybook from
www.booksonboard.com because i wanted a cover and liked the idea of $25 of books. their shipping was fast and easy, and they've gotten back to me quickly whenever i had a question.
this morning, after reading the cracked screen threads, i decided i wanted to get the damage policy. they don't offer it separately, but i wrote to them and they got me all set up very quickly. there was an issue with my account that they fixed pretty much instantly.
if you're looking for the premium cybook package with cover plus $25 worth of ebooks, or if you're just shopping for something new to read and haven't tried books on board, i recommend them as a great store and really nice people
