I had the chance to play with a Transformer Prime at Office Depot. Very nice and surprisingly lightweight for its size. Definitely lighter than an iPad 2. It had Honeycomb installed so had to tap a bunch of icons to familiarize myself with the interface (I'm used to Froyo/Gingerbread). Buying the 1920x1200 model (Transformer Pad Infinity) when it comes out.

As tubemonkey has mentioned, though, Android tablets are often seen in a generic fashion (much like computers running Windows). Since the OS is more or less the same, majority of the time, the biggest reason folks would choose one Android tablet over another is price (given both meet the minimum feature set required by the user).
