Absolutely. Just as I'm very happy with my iPhone 4. I've not bought the iPhone 4S, and I almost certainly shan't buy the iPhone 5. If a device does the job you bought it for (and the iPhone 4 has exceeded my wildest expectations as far as usefulness goes) there's really no reason to upgrade.
