Cooper wakes up when the sun starts coming into the bedroom. Caya got up at 8 AM, which used to be 7 AM, so no rel change there. We sent them back to their beds for 30 minutes more of sleep. So it was the combination of a grey morning and time change. Heck, I had to wake myself up at 7:30 today because the dogs were still zonked out.
