It happened again last night, and this time all my computers were off. I long pressed the book in the Kobo Vox library and selected the option to buy the book. Again, it went to a page where the only option was to download the book. I did so, and the screen said a free preview was being downloaded. The full book was there after the download was complete. I'm going to watch and see if I get charged for either one of the downloads and if so, then I'll have to open a support ticket to get a refund. Normally when one chooses to buy a previewed book, you first get to a page where you are told the price of the book and you have to go through the steps to confirm the purchase and so forth. Re the issue with this particular book, when I've selected the option to buy after doing the long press, there is no indication that I am being charged, it just goes directly to a download page.

I've noticed this glitch occurs if I've opened another preview I have in the library. Once the Vox updates, then this particular book, "Heaven is Real" shows up in my Vox library as a preview.

To avoid any possibility of my being charged and having to go through the hassle of getting a refund, however, I think if this happens again, I'm going to sideload the file and read it in another app, since I already have it downloaded on my laptop. The longer process I had initially used to correct this is too awkward to have to be doing this every day, and trying to get a credit refund from Kobo is, I've found from past experience, a huge ordeal.
