Hey Dkingdesigner,

It's just an issue with the anchor placements on the notes page. Just move the anchor ID from the <a> to the <p> like this:

<p class="endnote---"><a href="../Text/EbookSample.html#x9">9.</a> <a id="Anchor-21"></a>Around 1923</p>

TO

<p id="Anchor-21" class="endnote---"><a href="../Text/EbookSample.html#x9">9.</a> <a></a>Around 1923</p>

I made this change on your sample file using Sigil, converted in Calibre with standard settings, and tested the MOBI in Kindle previewer. Works great.

I had this same annoying issue when I was making a custom ToC last year. Gotta love MOBI--the black hole to my time and energy.
