I just exchanged my winter duvet for my summer duvet. I'll probably need an extra blanket for a while but it's easier to get the extra blanket to get cozy and warm than waking up in the middle of the night because you're either too warm from the duvet or cold because you've kicked the too warm duvet off.
I was able to stuff my winter duvet in a bin bag without much trouble and during the cold snap I needed to put an extra blanket on top earlier than in previous years so I probably have to get a new duvet at the end of the year.
