That's right. Our condo is on the 6th floor of a 7 floor building. In Japan, virtually every apartment has a veranda, usually used for hanging futons. I've turned ours into an herb garden plus. After the tulips are done, basil, coriander, parsley, zucchini, and tomatoes will go in to join the lemongrass, rosemary, thyme, and oregano, plus one flat of oat grass for Felicity. Perhaps one or two pots of flowers just for color.
