Better World is just the source for some inexpensive DTB that I don't mind having destroyed to get .pdf scans for my e-readers. Apologies for the confusion.
There was no confusion; I wanted to know if 1dollarscan and bookscanUS provided the files in formats other than PDF. The thread you linked to may answer that question so I'll check it out; thanks much
